Terms of Sale
Last updated 26 October 2026
These terms apply when you buy from The Review Plate, a business name of ZELTA GROWTH PTY LTD (ABN 49 703 397 586), Sydney, NSW ("we", "us"). Questions: support@thereviewplate.com.
1. What You're Buying
A Review Plate is a 120 × 120 mm acrylic plate with an NFC chip and a QR code. Both open a short link we host, which sends the person to your business's Google review page. Each plate comes with a free live dashboard showing its taps and your Google rating.
2. Prices and Payment
- Prices are in Australian dollars and include free shipping within Australia.
- We're not registered for GST, so no GST is charged.
- Payment is taken at checkout by Stripe (card, Apple Pay or Google Pay).
- If we can't fulfil an order, for example if a colour is out of stock, we'll tell you and refund you in full.
3. Delivery, Returns and Faults
See shipping & returns.
4. Setting Up Your Plate
You tell us which Google listing your plate should point to, either at checkout or when your plate arrives. You must be the owner of that business or authorised by them. We can change where your plate points whenever you ask.
5. The Plate Link and Dashboard
We host the link your plate uses and provide the dashboard free of charge. We aim to keep both running reliably, but there may be short interruptions for maintenance or for reasons outside our control. We may improve or change the dashboard's features over time and will give you reasonable notice of any change that significantly affects you.
6. Using Your Plate Fairly
Google's rules apply to reviews collected with your plate. In particular, you must not offer rewards or discounts for reviews, ask only happy customers for reviews, filter out unhappy ones, or post reviews about your own business. We may pause a plate's link if it's used in a misleading way or against these rules.
7. Your Consumer Rights
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
8. Our Responsibility
Subject to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, we're not responsible for indirect losses such as lost profits. We don't control what customers write in their reviews, or which reviews Google publishes.
9. Privacy
See our privacy policy.
10. General
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. We may update them from time to time; the version on this page when you place your order applies to that order.
