When can I order?
Soon. We're finishing the first production run now. Register your interest above and you'll be the first to hear, with the launch price held for you. There's no payment and no obligation.
Does it work with every phone?
Yes, every modern iPhone and Android, with no app to install. A tap opens your Google review page in the Google Maps app if they have it, otherwise in their browser, and the printed QR code covers phones without NFC.
Is this allowed by Google?
Yes. Inviting customers to review you is fine. What Google prohibits is “review gating”: filtering out unhappy customers before they reach Google. The Review Plate sends every customer to the same public review page, which keeps your profile safe. We don't build gating, full stop.
Are there monthly fees?
No. The plate is a one-off purchase and the live dashboard is included.
Does it need batteries? How many taps does it last?
Unlimited taps. There's no battery; the chip is passive and powered by the customer's phone at the moment of the tap. Nothing to charge, nothing to wear out.
What if I move, rebrand, or change my details?
Your plate keeps working. Each plate carries a smart link we manage, so where it points can be updated any time. The physical plate never needs replacing.
How much is shipping?
Free, Australia-wide, with Australia Post. Orders placed before 2pm (Sydney time) on a business day ship the same day, and delivery usually takes 2 to 5 business days. See shipping & returns.
Is there a warranty?
Your plate is covered by the consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law. If it’s faulty, email us and we’ll repair, replace or refund it. See shipping & returns.
