Does it work with iPhone and Android?
Yes. Every modern iPhone and Android taps the plate's NFC chip with no app needed, and the printed QR code covers everything else.
Is this allowed by Google?
Yes. Inviting customers to review you is fine. What Google prohibits is “review gating”: filtering out unhappy customers before they reach Google. The Review Plate sends every customer to the same public review page, which keeps your profile safe. We don't build gating, full stop.
Are there monthly fees?
No. The plate is a one-off purchase and the dashboard is included. An optional Pro tier (SMS requests, AI replies, alerts) is coming later. The plate never requires it.
Does it need batteries? How many taps does it last?
Unlimited taps. There's no battery; the chip is passive and powered by the customer's phone at the moment of the tap. Nothing to charge, nothing to wear out.
What if I move, rebrand, or change my details?
Your plate keeps working. Each plate carries a smart link we manage, so where it points can be updated any time. The physical plate never needs replacing.
Do my customers need an app?
No. A tap or scan opens your Google review page directly in their browser, signed in with their Google account, ready to write.
How much is shipping?
Free, Australia-wide. Delivery estimates will be published when ordering opens.
Is there a warranty?
Yes: a lifetime warranty on the plate. There's no battery and nothing mechanical to fail, and if a plate ever stops working we replace it.
